Chris has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry with brands such as Ritz-Carlton, Marriott Vacation Club, Marriott International, Hard Rock Hotels and Casinos, Westin, and more. Starting in the dish tank of a local restaurant and holding virtually every position on his way to General Manager of several major branded properties, Chris has seen it all. Chris was most recently the Chief Operating Officer at Upshift, a tech enabled staffing platform. Now he actively supports hospitality organizations of all kinds realize stronger profitability through process improvement, data analytics, retention strategies, and leadership training via his consulting firm JLH Leadership Solutions.
